Single (I only have one) vintage torchiere in the form of a palm tree in reinforced white plaster over carved wood with flat back, to be placed against a wall. The palm tree rests on a raised demilune base of formed crystal points and rocks.
MAKER'S MARK: None present, in the manner of Serge Roche
CIRCA: Electrical cord dates to Mid-20th Century (lamp believed to be made in the 1970s)

This piece is in "as found" all original condition. It will need to be re-wired by a professional electrician as the wiring is old and not in working order. Once re-wired, it will cast a lovely upward glow. The body of the lamp is heavy and structurally sound, free of breaks or repairs. The finish has age-related imperfections with a few spots on the fronds, most notably at the base (scuff mark around edges and spots here and there on rest). Please zoom in on last 3 photos for examples. You could touch up these areas or give the whole lamp a new paint job if preferred. I am happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase or to send more photos if needed.
