An elegant example of mid-20th century Italian decorative ironwork, this side table features a tripod base of gilt wrought iron of flowers foliage and tassels. The sculptural base supports a circular glass top, allowing the detailed craftsmanship to remain fully visible. Includes original ‘Made in Italy’ metal tag for authenticity.
Produced circa 1950s, this table reflects the influence of Hollywood Regency interiors and the broader postwar revival of neoclassical and botanical forms in Italian metalwork. The gilt finish has developed a soft, even patina consistent with age.
