The vintage chair is crafted from dark wood with a Gothic Revival style, evident in its intricate carvings, including circular cutouts, swirling patterns, and a diamond-shaped inlay on the backrest. The high, arched backrest with a peaked top and detailed fretwork reflects medieval influences typical of this 19th-century design. The chair features a cushioned seat and back upholstered in deep red velvet, adding a rich contrast to the wood. Sturdy armrests with turned wood details and a solid rectangular frame, reinforced by stretchers between the legs, provide structural stability, aligning with the period’s emphasis on both ornamentation and functionality.
