The chair is from a single owner's living estate in Palm Beach acquired by Chrome and Teak. The chair on sale was used in an indoors climate controlled living room. The chair was rarely used and has retained its condition over time. It was made in Miami FL according to the initial owner. The chair is in good condition for its age and use.
