Offered are 5 decorative wall plates designed by Danish designer Bjorn Wiinblad for Rosenthal-Continental in the mid 1980s, made in Germany. They feature 5 of the series of 8 collectible plates in the Sinbad the Sailor collection, the designs depicting specific Sinbad adventures. Wiinblad was known for his whimsical and colorful designs in ceramics and graphic arts, and collaborated with Rosenthal for almost 50 years. The plates all have their original hardware attached to the back, ready to hang. Each measures 6.5" diameter and .75" tall
