Humulus is the name of this pattern which is the botanical name for the hop plant. The platter has a romantic scene with a man and woman in the foreground surrounded by piles of vegetation which are most likely the hop plant known for its fragrant seed capsules. There are other mini scenes around the edge of the platter depicting a woman and a child. See less
