This vintage 1990's Contemporary Organic Modernist Abstract Expressionist marine blue and teal green E. Dalen studio pottery oval ceramic serving platter is a very special and unique piece to add to your collection.
The oval shaped ceramic platter with subtle curved lip edge is made in 1999 by the studio potter E. Dalen. It features a beautiful Organic Modernist Abstract Expressionist style design in a variegated multicolor palette of marine cerulean blue, and turquoise teal green, with subtle textural details in a matte glaze finish.
The Contemporary studio pottery ceramic serving platter measures 14 1/4" W X 9" D X 1 1/2" H. It is signed on the underside bottom. It is in excellent vintage condition consistent with age and lights signs of handling. Please see photos for condition reference. It is now being offered here for an excellent price.
