Vintage inlaid brass and bone letter opener in the shape of a "Firebird" or Phoenix bird made in Jezzine, Lebanon by Said & Alfred Haddad. The handle is carved from African buffalo horn and the crisscross pattern on the back is inlaid silver. A wonderful collectors item or unique gift.
Jezzine flatware is based on an ancient Phoenician design and has been manufactured as flatware in the village of Jezzine, Lebanon since the late 1700s.
