A beautiful American art studio pottery console bowl with its original flower frog
A very specific Arts & Crafts / Art Deco period stylishly shaped shallow vase with lobbed contours, decorated with low relief dragonflies
Matte glazed finish in mulberry / dark pink color
The bowl comes with a matching mountain shaped flower frog
Incised marking at the bottom of the bowl "VAN BRIGGLE / Colo. Springs" with the corresponding logo
The frog is also marked with the logo
Circa 1920's -1930's, Van Briggle Pottery, Colorado Springs, CO
Measurements: Approx. 8.5" widest diameter x 2.5" deep; the frog is 3.75" diameter x 2" high
