Characterized by a white center with a cobalt blue rim, gilded edges and intricate floral and trellis gold design. Made for just four years from 1983-1987. Measures 10.25” across and with and 1” tall. In very good vintage condition with only very minor signs of rubbing on the gold in some places. See less
