This is a Early Larkin Co. Mission Oak Quarter Sawn Library Table out of Buffalo, N.Y. with original labels.
I can not seem to find any information or other photos of this table that has the added elements to the drawer with a tilt up section to access a three compartment storage area a place for an inkwell and two slots for a pen holder (See Photo) so it may have been a custom built table for a Mrs. Leo Wilson Oswego, N. Y. as stated on the underside label. (See Photo)
Measurements are:

Width 27 3/4"
Height 30 1/4"
Book shelfs 19 5/8" each from the floor to shelf 8 3/4" tall - 22 3/4"wide
