These are beautifully … Read more These are a pair of two mid century vintage Italian Trompe L'Oeil majolica pear and fruit topiaries. These are beautifully molded pears and bananas with thick beautifully laid leaves resting in an off white basket. Theseare stacked topiaries in slightly different sizes. The fruit is hand molded and very detailed. These are heavy and substantial pieces of mid century art pottery. These would look fantastic as a dining room centerpiece on a dining table or a console, with beautiful greenery! These add beautiful warm colors to any space along with an organic fantastic old world Mediterranean flare! These are in excellent vintage condition. Could have some tiny flecks where paint off, but we touch all little flaws up.
