With safari vibes, this director's (or campaign) chair has great presence and style -- from the lion head armrests to the stylish turned legs.

This vintage chair features leather back and seat slings; the seat is upholstered in a herringbone pattern in muted tones of cream and beige. There are brass rod supports under the seats and across the back, which boost both function and form.

This chair is BIG and very comfortable to sit on. DIMENSIONS: 40" tall x 28" wide x 22" deep. Seat height is 18".

The feet and arms show light wear here and there (commensurate with age), and there is a tiny snag on the seat. See close-up pictures. But all in all, this piece is in nice condition and ready to use or display. The tags on the bottom have been removed but there is just enough of the tag left to read "Marge Carson. Inc".

Vintage director's chair pairs will with a giant palm and a bright throw rug. It's neutral enough to add to virtually any space, but likewise stylish enough to a statement piece. See less
