The Versace Collection decorative wall plate is a work of art and the best expression of both, the elegant and sophisticated Versace style and the Rosenthal porcelain workmanship.
Lavish gold and black ornaments decorate this piece and make it a must have for everyone in love with opulent Italian Baroque design.
It is hand painted black in the background with a bright yellow Ikarus flower in the center. The flower is surrounded by a gilt yellow garland of scrolls and flowers of the same color. After this, there is a wreath of scrolls of acanthus leaves, then a double ”V” pattern band followed by another garland of acanthus leaves and scrolls. Finally a gilt and yellow Greek key pattern, also adorned the trim followed by the same garland of acanthus leaves and scrolls plus a gilt yellow band.
The back plate, is marked with Rosenthal and Versace hallmarks.
In perfect condition.
The plate measures 7" in diameter.
Use it as a decorative wall plate or as a catchall, vide poche or decorative object in a cabinet or as a drink coaster. See less
