Brass German Mantel Clock, 1950s
Neo-Gothic/Art Nouveau – rich decorations, castle motifs, fine details inspired by Gothic and Art Nouveau.
Architectural elements such as turrets, windows, canopies and plant ornaments are characteristic of 19th century and early 20th century clocks.
The mechanism is signed German. In my opinion, it was later replaced with a new one.
The clock works and strikes full hours depending on the time and half an hour once.
