Offering an unusual 1950s Italian porcelain topiary depicting a woven basket filled with a stack of red onions. A one-of-a-kind sculpture showing the ingenuity and expert craftsmanship of Italian artistry during the 1950s. Signed.
This piece is just captivating in person and the Trompe l'Oeil likeness is quite spectacular. All hand crafted and hand painted. Signed on bottom: ARS Ceramiche, Made in Italy. There is a gold foil label "Made in Italy", and a small white label showing the serial number of the piece. This item was an extremely unique Italian Export item from the Mid 20th Century and hard to find in this immaculate condition.
EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. No flaws whatsoever.
