They were made in varied colorations, sizes and shapes. The design takes on a quasi, moire-like pattern or striations, all unique and singular to each and every process taken when blowing the glass. While this one is unique for its pointed diamond-shaped top, the Murano is solid and heavy. Polished pontil base bottom, including the original sticker is affixed to base bottom. The brass detailed hardware has patina, and needs to be polished. We have found this particular brand called, WENOL, to be superb in restoring the brass to it's original look and quality, as well as removing the green residue one ends to see in brass, if it hasn't been polished or polished with the wrong product(s). No chips, breaks, cracks, nor flea bites to Murano. Made in Italy. See less
