Featuring solid mahogany craftsmanship, fine rare wood marquetry inlay, lit upper interior with glass shelves, lower storage with drawers and shelves for keeping things out of sight, along with a silver drawer for reducing oxidation to your fine sterling and silver items.

Designed to hold even the most extensive collection of crockery, service ware and silver, this stately piece commands attention in the room as a work horse to showcase important items. The upper portion features glass doors with harlequin design overlaying the glass fronts. Note the stacked crown with marquetry inlay detail. The two doors open to reveal a dial at the top for turning on the down lights, two levels of adjustable center glass shelves (one on right and one on left, each level) and the case wood base. Each shelf features an inset intended for displaying plates upright, if desired. The lower portion has two doors with geometric square marquetry on the exterior, opening to reveal large lower storage and two drawers above. The left drawer is lined with silver cloth impregnated with tarnish resistant materials. The right drawer is open to hold all the odds and ends. Both sets of doors, vertically, top to bottom, are flanked by doric column form detail, borrowed from ancient Roman design.
The top of the hutch is removable for transport and sets in to the open cavity at the top of the base.
