Has glass shelves that show some wear. One piece of glass has been repaired, and a few others have chips in the glass. The brass plating does show some age, or patina, but this really adds charm to the two pieces. It’s difficult to replicate the patina without time and the natural patination process. There are also some smalls rust spots here and there and I cleaned off some verdigris while giving both pieces a good scrub down.

You will find these sometimes which have been painted and it really detracts from the beauty of the plates brass. See less
