The wood is in really fine condition with only minor signs of wear. SEATS: Original springs intact UPHOLSTERY: White patent leather is heavily damaged and has lots of scrapes, gouges and imperfections throughout on both chairs (see example in last photo). Needs new upholstery and foam. I am happy to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase or to send more photos if needed. less
