This set is made by the Fair Lawn company and has the markings of Fine China of Japan (country of origin) and 3823 (pattern number). These plates have a Pink and Blue Flowers throughout with Gray Leaves on the perimeter. Trimmed in platinum, this set is in unused vintage condition.

Cups are 3" in height and 4.5" in width (including handle) and 3.25" in depth (without handle) and about 3.75" in height when in the saucer.
Tea Plates are 6" in width and depth and .5" in height"
