This is a Absolutely Beautiful, Outstanding & Quite Rare Antique Banded Yellow Ware Pitcher. Circa Approx Early 19th Century ( 1830s - 1850 ). Medium Size Measuring Overall Approx 7 3/4 inches Tall x 8 inches Long x 6 1/4 inches Wide. It is Not Marked but it was Most Likely Made in the Staffordshire Region of England. It is Beautifully Hand Made and Decorated with a Double Row of Cream and 4 Mocha Color Bands. It is in Outstanding All Original Condition and it Displays Beautifully. Perfectly Usable ( With Care ) if Desired - Hand Wash Only.
NOTE That it has 2 Small Surface Imperfections - Pock Marks Both of Which are Under The Glaze Confirming that They Would Have to Occurred in the Making as a Result of Kiln Firing Flaws. These can Best be Seen in the Last 2 Photographs in my Listing.
These Types of Antique Yelloware & Mochaware Pieces were Made for Daily Utilitarian Use and as You Seasoned Collectors will Surely Agree it is Very Rare to Find a Piece like this in Pristine Condition.
It is Absolutely Guaranteed to be of the Period and In the Condition as Stated.
