From Landers, Frary & Clark – Aetna Works, founded in New Britain, Connecticut, 1866, a set of four fruit and cheese knives.
Mother of Pearl handles are joined to plated blades by a Sterling Silver ferrule. The collar shows an intricate floral pattern. Shaped, sharp blades end in a point for piercing the skin of the fruit.
Blades show the makers mark.
Measures: 6 in. L x .50 in. W x .25 in. H
Very good antique condition, un-polished.
