Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Specifically, the arms & feet have been totally refinished. The bones & frame are all good but it will need reupholstered. It has been priced accordingly. This vintage sofa has ALL the right CURVES, in ALL the right places!!! (Insert whistle!!!) We have listed this sofa as “frame only” as it has GREAT bones, a SOLID frame, BEAUTIFUL slightly curved walnut arms & feet, coil springs under the deck, convenient loose zippered poly wrapped foam seat cushions, and a GORGEOUS channeled back… HOWEVER… this “pretty pink” fabric is “not-so-pretty” LOL…it is just too stained to save, so it will definitely need reupholstered. But you know what? We never think of that as a negative aspect because we LOVE new fabrics… just think of the ENDLESS and incredible possibilities! Customize it to fit the aesthetic of your space. And did we mention… there’s considerable comfort in these curves!!! That’s right, the arms have a slight outward curve while the seat cushions are firm with a slight center curve, PLUS the inviting curve of the cozy channeled back and coil springs under the seat cushions… It’s a SENSATIONAL seating experience!!! This sofa will be a magnificent addition to your living room in front of your coffee table, in the study flanking the fireplace, or floating in the family room upon a wonderful area rug.
