We believe that these are Ming dynasty and date within the period of that as well. Cobalt blue was used in the glaze of each of these creating a very pale light blue background with a navy pattern of design . Each bowl has imperfections that occurred during the hand making such as not being perfectly round or having bubbles in irregularities in the glaze. They have a wonderful old world charm and look and would be gorgeous on a wall displayed with a collection

One plate has crazing present that has discolored with time, as well as some exposed clay bits on the back of it.
