A single armchair manufactured by Gebruder Thonet in 1909 and designed by the Viennese architect Marcel Kammerer, model n. 6522.
This Thonet armchair presents a structure in dark brown stained bent beech wood with a seat in cane.
The manufacturer's label and stamp are visible under the seat.
This model was particularly successful and sought-after also thanks to Otto Wagner who used this armchair as a piece of furniture in his own Villa in Hutteldorf, a unique and beautiful example of Liberty architecture that Wagner projected and built at the end of the XIX century as a private summer residence. This piece has an attribution mark,
