** The Top of the Harp where the Finial screws in (the Threaded Rod), has a diameter of .5". On most standard harps, the Threaded Rod's diameter is less than .25". If your Lamp Shade's Spider Fitter isn't wide enough to accommodate, this is an Easy Fix! Simply replace this Lamp Harp for another one (a Standard), which can be found at any Lowes, Home Depot, or Local Hardware Store for under $5.
