His clothing is adorned with red cuffs and a yellow shirt and stockings that provide a nice contrast against the black. Clock was created in the Netherlands in the 1900s and quickly gained popularity in the decorative clock market. The decorative clock has Roman numerals and the mechanism was a traditional mechanical movement (no longer in working condition). Clock face is adorned with red and yellow bows. Made from lead this is a heavy decorative item. See less
