This is a hand painted bowl that is signed and marked Royal Austria. It is 7 7/8 inches across with a scalloped rim.
The bowl is white, but the center is done in blue greens and pale purple with some pink at the rim. It is a scene of seashells and maybe a sea slug and the hand painted details are amazing and many.
The water is hand painted and has lines you can feel as does the rest of the bowl. An inset edge is beaded.
The back shows a signature, some stamped letters, and the Royal Austria mark.
The bowl has no chips, cracks, or damage.
