Made of ironstone with the characteristic spongeware technique with large flowing blue spots on white grounds
Decorated on both front and back
Circa late 1800's, found in New England
Measurements: Approx. 9" x 6.75" x 0.75"
Weighs about 1 lb.
Condition: Very Good overall. Please see photos. All original and unaltered. Some wear, age crazing and discoloration, two minor glaze flakes at the rim and manufacturing roughness here and there.
