Vintage Rare 62 Piece Dinnerware Set Bavaria Bareuther Egypt Camels Sphynz 1950s
A rare set of 62 pieces of Bavaria Bareuther porcelain serving dishes with plates. The design features are camels and sphinxes in the land of Egypt. This is known as Egyptian Revival. This large set of dishes pares well with the Mid Century Danish Furniture designs. Dates back to the 1950s era. Included in the set are as follows. Inv. ee

2 Smaller Serving Platters, Oval 9.25 inches by 5.75 inches
1 Round Large Serving Bowl, 9.75 inches diameter
2 Round Medium Serving Bowls, 9 inches in diameter
9 Salad Bowls, 8.75 inches in diameter
20 Dinner Plates, 9.50 inches in diameter
12 Salad Plates, 7.75 inches in diameter
12 Large Saucers or Dessert Plates, 6.75 inches in diameter
1 Soup Tureen with Lid and Ladle, Tureen is 10.25 inches in diameter and 4.50 inches tall
1 Very Large Platter, 12 inches in diameter.
All in very nice condition with just a few flakes. Typical use marks according to its age. Unique and rare design. Usually only a few pieces of the Egypt design comes up in the market place once in a rare while. This is a large set of 62 serving ware and plates.
