The ‘Girasole’ lounge chair was designed by Antonio Citterio and Paolo Nava for 4P in the 1970s. Upholstered in beige stretch fabric with foam rubber padding, it remains true to its era. The highlight is the large steel band that anchors the removable armrests, functioning as a spring. With effortless removal, the chair transforms, leaving an open-sided silhouette for a more minimalist look.
Condition: Good vintage condition, with wear and marks to the upholstery. Reupholstery recommended; we have elected to sell this chair in its current state so the end user can select fabric. Upholstery services are available through our showroom (Fabric + Upholstery Labor is not included in the purchase price).
