A very special hand painted Limoges plate having a fishing pole besides its catch. The early dawn background features a scenic lake with an island and a flight of birds overhead. A heavily gilded scalloped edge surrounds this plate. Excellent detailing and artist signed G. Irquet, it dates circa 1900. Includes hanger as pictured.
