A stunning vintage solid brass clad 3 drawer 1970's chest/commode.
This is a wonderful piece of furniture designed by MasterCraft. The chest features 3 pull out drawers with wood interior. The chest at first glance appears to have 12 small drawers, however the dividers are just decorative. The drawers are 3 full sized drawers. The hardware on this piece is so special and attractive with 12 striking, very large Chinese characters which represent the four Chinese Dynasty's, The Han, Song, Tang and Ming. The hardware really makes this a conversation piece. The chest has wear and discoloration however it adds character and charm to a wonderful piece of history.

It has some rust on the top and a large ring where a pot of some sorts sat.The interior of the drawers has some red marks, spots of ink. Nothing that a nice wallpaper can't cover up. The bottom sides trim has pitting and wear. It's a wonderful piece and the aged patina adds to the charm. less
