Antique Marble Mantel Clock with Figural Cast Metal Sapho Statue Sculpture Top
That was cast after a famous bronze statue titled Sapho by the famous French sculptor Emmanuel Villanis as impressed "E. Villanias" on the backside of her shoulder along with a foundry mark on her backside
In good original condition showing some typical age-appropriate wear from normal use, there are a couple of chips along the outermost edges of the clock case, one in the front left corner that has been kind of rounded off to try and blend it in.
Nice pretty floral decorated porcelain clock face that is not working. The clock springs do not turn and its missing its pendulum & key
