An absolutely exquisite vintage T & V Limoges France porcelain plate or serving tray with double handles. This beautiful plate is hand painted with a floral design and gold trim on the rim and handles. The plate was designed exclusively for Dulin & Martin, Washington DC. Dulin & Martin carried only the finest china and gifts. The plate measures 11" in diameter.
MARKED: with T & V Limoges France stamp, Artist signed.
