There are small surface scratches and slight scuffs on arms and seat but nothing major. The metal base is painted black. One leg is missing the base of the foot (see photos). This piece can be replaced and it causes a slight wobble due to uneven legs. Original rubber shock mounts are intact and have life left. Not crispy. 8.5/10 less
