However, it has patina consistent with age and prior use. There are tiny paint spots throughout which is likely due to the firing process used to create this piece. The base’s bottom edge also has a a few small chips. This remains in its original vintage as found. My research suggests that this it could be from the 1930s, but I cannot guarantee this. It is also likely from Nove, Italy and possibly part of a collection known as Nove Rose less
