Marvelous pair of vintage brass and St. Clair glass andirons. The art glass globes on each column feature mesmerizing white flowers with controlled bubbles in clear glass that look lovely when reflecting light from a fire. Aged patina on the brass finials and feet. Heavy pair, the cast iron back supports are weighted with stone.
St. Clair Glass was established in Indiana in the early mid 20th century by the St. Clair family, first generation American glassmakers from French immigrant glassmaking parents. They are particularly known for their collectible high quality art glass paperweights.
