The wooden frame is designed with 4.5” adjustable risers on each leg so you can set the seat from 17.5” to 22”. The seat adjustment is a spring mechanism under the seat. The bench is from the 1920s. The beautiful needlepoint cushion is newer, estimated from the 1970s or 1980s. It’s a gorgeous shade of lavender with colorful pansies in purple, red, mustard and white. Under the seat wood rails and rods that frame a storage shelf.
