Here we have a very pretty blue and white ginger jar depicting a kingfisher amongst beautiful foliage and flowers. Measuring 10.75 inches tall to the tip of the lid handle and about 7 inches wide and the shoulders (widest part). Attractive and useful storage and would make a lovely addition to any collection.
There are two items to note: first is a thin spot on the INSIDE rim of the lid which at first I thought was a chip, it is not. It's smooth and glazed over at the factory, only visible when the lid is off and upside down. Secondly there are some brown spots under the glaze inside the pot and on the lid. NO chips, no cracks nor other damage. Please examine the magnified photos... thanks for looking!!! Box56
