Offered is a charming and whimsical ceramic platter intended for use in a big bagel fest, but suitable whenever you need a partitioned platter for salads, charcuterie, or different side dishes. Made by Idezen Ware, a mid 20th century company owned by the IDE Brothers. It features 3 rectangular partitions and 2 elevated discs with raised words bagels, lox, cheese, and crackers. The hand painted food detail is fairly self evident for the cheese and lox, but for some reason there are veggies where the space is indicated for crackers. The rim is scalloped and features a green figurative top stitch detail. Whether you live for dining and entertaining outdoors or just love Italian ceramics, this platter belongs in a home that loves to eat and entertain in style. In the style of Bassano and Majolica.
