Very large, early 20th C, metal cow bell from the Alps in either France or Switzerland. The metal bell, which has a very nice ring tone, appears to be bronze with a patina that only comes with age. It has a leather strap that went around the cows neck and the original metal buckle. Just the bell measures 11.5" high x 10.5" across x 6" deep/wide.
