These two beautiful old chairs reveal their history and their moving patina. In Napoleon III style, the lines are fine and feminine, enhanced by the depth of the black varnish and the softness of the designs of golden birds and flowers. The canework of the seats brings a touch of poetry while lightening the silhouette. We love the voluptuous shapes of these retro turned wood chairs, precious and bohemian at the same time. In blackened and turned wood (beech), the chairs are in good condition, old but functional. Traces of use are visible. They are light and stable. The black varnish is old, weathered but shiny. It is enhanced with fine designs (birds and flowers) painted in gold. The canework is original, fragile and some strands are damaged. The chairs are additional seats to be favored in decoration or valet.
