- The chair is Vintage so a base level of wear is to be expected. The chair is in well used … moreThe chair is Vintage so a base level of wear is to be expected. The chair is in well used vintage condition. The leather upholstery is in fair condition with some scuffing, marks, stains, pen marks, and general signs of age and wear throughout. The foam in the seat is crunchy and could be replaced with new foam if desired. The Walnut legs appear to be in good vintage condition with slight marks and scuffs. The chair sits very sturdy and heavy. We recommend a full restoration of the chair, but alterations could be made to make the chair usable as is. please see photos for in-depth details of the condition. less
