Fabulous vintage c.1960's gold gilt metal & rosewood handled cigar cutter! Likely German. Measures 5 3/4" wide by 1 1/2" tall.
Very nice piece, functions well, and is in good vintage condition as shown. Some plating wear throughout on the gilt surfaces.
