Early 20th Century burr yew desktop box with clock circa 1920.
Empire revival burr yew cigar box with clock. Strung and inlaid to outer edges, decorated with an ormolu mount to the lid and standing on ormolu bun feet. Inset white enamel clock face with brass door and movement.
Removable lid which opens for storage.
Minor losses to enamel dial near winding point, 1 small compression to back of piece which is photographed.
