This drachm was minted at Apollonia Pontika, Thrace, circa the 4th century BC. On the obverse side, a gorgon or medusa face, serpents about the head, and tongue protruding. On the reverse side, an upright anchor with a crayfish and an "A". This coin has been inspected and approved to be authentic by a professional Numismatic who specializes in ancient coinage.
