This nightstand has great character both in its construction and its finish. The hand-cut dovetailed drawer stands a little proud of the rest of the case and its front is bordered by an ogee molding to suggest a panel. Pyramid appliqués stand each side of the drawer on top of fluted molding and floral corbels. The door has a flat panel secured by prominent mullions and there is a single shelf to the interior.
The old worn off-white paint is not original
