The stone is called Chrysocolla. It is rather brittle, as seen from flaw shown from the third from the last photo. It has a rather dull luster The rust brown is a result of chrysocolla being a minor ore of copper. The bottle has a flattened globular form with sloping shoulders and a raised oval food. It is matched with a glass stopper encased in brass and a brass spoon.

Collectors of stone bottles might appreciate as I did for the natural graining of the stone. It is what it is without pretentions. See less
